Return Time Frame
If you need to return an item purchased on our website, you can return it to the address provided to you by our customer service within 30 days of receiving the item.
All returned items can be new and unused or lightly used with no obvious signs of use, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Fees
1. If the issue is caused by the lullabmommy team (e.g., shipping errors, incorrect sizing, or damaged items), we will provide you with a full refund.
2. In the event of logistics-related issues—such as a lost package or significant shipping delays—we will reship the order free of charge. Alternatively, if the customer prefers not to wait for a reshipment, we will issue a full refund, including the original shipping costs.
3. If a return is initiated by the customer for personal reasons (e.g., the customer dislikes or no longer wants the item, or ordered the wrong product/size), the customer shall be responsible for covering the actual round-trip shipping costs incurred.
We do not charge consumers any restocking fees.

Before sending your package back, please ask customer service for the information we need. We will process your return/exchange request within 2 business days. Once your request is approved, an email with the return/exchange address and instructions will be sent to you.
After returning the item, please provide the aforementioned information to our customer service team.
Upon receipt of your return or exchange package, we will conduct a quality inspection of the item within 1–2 business days; once the inspection is successfully completed, we will arrange for your exchange or refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Refunds and Arrival Time
Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the original payment method of the order. Due to different banking institution policies, Paypal refunds may take 1-2 business days, and Credit card 、Applepay、Googlepay、Afterpay、Kalarn are funds within 7 business days to be returned to your bank account.
If you have not received the refund within 10 business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your Paypal or credit card company. Please Note: Regarding taxes or duties paid to customs or the destination country at the time of purchase—if these charges are incurred due to errors on the part of the LullabMommy team or our logistics providers, we will cover the costs. However, if the charges arise due to reasons attributable to the buyer (e.g., the customer dislikes or no longer wants the item, or ordered the wrong product/size), the buyer shall be responsible for the taxes and duties.
Exchange
If you would like to exchange a purchased item, you need to send a request to our customer service at service@lullabmommy.com within 30 days from the items you received, We will resend the items to you after we receive the package you returned.
You are only responsible for the cost of returning the item; the shipping cost for resending the item will be covered by LullabMommy.
Fair Use
If we notice an unusual pattern of returns or exchange activities from you, we might have to decline any further requests from you. In these circumstances, if you return purchased items to our warehouse, you won’t get refund or exchange items, and we will not cover any loss you may have.
Order Cancellations
Before the product has been a ship, we can arrange an unconditional refund for you. For any order cancellations, you may contact us at the provided contact details. All cancellations will be accepted given orders are not yet dispatched.

1. Only one exchange request may be submitted per order.
2. If the item you purchased is currently out of stock, your exchange request may not be approved; in such cases, we will proceed with a refund.
3. Customers are required to return the item to a designated address. Once the returned item is received, we will arrange a full refund for you. Typically, PayPal refunds take 1–2 business days to process, while refunds via Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, or Klarna may take up to 7 business days to be credited back to your bank account.
4. The order number must be clearly marked on the exterior of the return package.
5. Returned items must be in perfect condition—undamaged, free of obvious signs of use (trying on is permitted), and neither washed nor altered by the customer.
